An early adopter of CRM and customer segmentation strategies, he and his teams have helped many organizations bring relevant optional insurance products and services to their customers, meaningfully increasing customer engagement, loyalty and revenue. Most recently, as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Enhancement Services at Aimia, Cam lead businesses in Canada and Southeast Asia. Cam was previously with CSI Brokers between 2003 and 2005.
